| Directions |
- Using a large skillet, brown ground beef.
- After it is half way cooked, put in finely chopped onions. I use a seasoning called "Soul seasoning" for a little extra spice flavor. Once the meat is fully cooked, drain the grease from it and put it in your Crockpot on low heat.
- Stir in salsa and cheese cubes; stirring occasionally.
- Get some tortilla chips and enjoy!
