| Directions | These roaches are sweet, crunchy and curiously chewy. To create your own, stir together cream cheese and walnuts. Cut 1 cherry in half and cut 6 thin legs from 1 half; use the other half to cut 5 roach heads. Cut 12 thin legs from each of the 2 remaining cherries. For each roach, pipe the cream cheese mixture into the hole at one end of the date. Attach the head and legs to each roach using more cream cheese. Makes 5 roaches. |
