| Directions |
- Take the cauliflower and cut off the leaves. Wash the head and put it aside. Place a saucepan (large enough to hold the head of cauliflower) filled partially with water on the stove over medium heat. As soon as the water starts boiling put your cauliflower in it and cook for 5-7 minutes. Your cauliflower should be soft, but a little bit crunchy.
- Drain the water and let the cauliflower cool off. After it cooled off cut the cauliflower into flowerets (if they are big you can cut them in halves). Take an egg, beat it up with water and add the flour. Add salt and pepper to the egg-water-flour mix.
- Set a frying pan on medium heat; add cooking oil. Coat the cauliflower in egg-water-flour mix and fry on each side until golden brown.
- Your cauliflower is ready to eat. It's good warm and is also good when cold from the fridge and served with dips.
- Enjoy!
