| Directions | In mixing bowl, combine first five ingredients; mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg; add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Fold in walnuts, apricots and dates. Pour into greased 9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack; cook completely. |
