| Directions | Mix together mayonnaise, onions and Parmesan cheese. Cut salmon fillet in half and place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with oil. Cover each fillet with mayo mixture and bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. |
