| Directions | Cream butter and sugar with mixer. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in pineapple and fold in bread cubes. Pour in greased or sprayed 1 & 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour. It may take a little longer in some ovens. |
