Mix all ingredients well. Fold in 2 cups halved, fresh cranberries and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. (Freezing the cranberries before cutting makes it easier).
Spray (2) loaf pans with PAM and divide batter equally between them. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Cool and wrap in foil.
