| Directions | Cook rice or grain as directed. In a skillet, add oil, soy crumbles, onion and garlic, pepper ends, saut until browned. Add pepper and paprika. Add soy sauce or shoyu, cook about 1 minute more. Remove from heat. Add in grain/rice and just enough jarred sauce to moisten mixture. Stuff peppers, and place in a baking pan, with remaining sauce poured over top. Bake in 350 oven about 30-45 minutes. Peppers should be softer, but still holding shape. Top with cheese, cook about 5 minutes more, until cheese is melted, or place under broiler for about 1-2 minutes until cheese melts. Serves 4. |

- | | 1 clove garlic, minced or 1 frozen cube. |
- | | 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, or cheddar cheese |
