| Directions | Preheat oven to 350°. Place tortillas on foil on a baking sheet. Add down center, equally; pepper slices, mushroom slices, onion, tomato, (optional zucchini) and cheese. Place under broiler for about 1-3 minutes, until cheese melts. Roll tortilla up, serve with salsa and sour cream. Garnish with olives as desired. Serves 2-4. |
