| Directions | Bake potatoes as you would normally do. When they are almost done, in a skillet, saut w butter or oil, seitan, mushrooms and onions, until browned. Add bottle of sauce, heat on low heat until slightly thickened. Season with pepper. Remove cooked potatoes from oven, open jackets, and spoon "steak" and mushroom/onion mixture over potatoes. Serve with salad, and bread as desired. Serves four. |

- | | 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced |
- | | 1 Vidalia onion, sliced (large) |
- | | 1/4 teaspoon pepper |
- | | 1 bottle steak sauce (small bottle) |
- | | 1 pat butter or 2 T. olive oil |
