| Directions | Sauté squash, zucchini, onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add tomatoes and juice. Add seasonings to taste. Transfer to glass baking dish. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 10 minutes. Serves 6. |
