| Directions | Preheat oven to 375°. Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in eggs, both cans of corn, muffin mix and cheese until well blended. Pour into a 9x13" baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 34 to 36 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 12. |
