| Directions | Cook potatoes until tender. Slice or quarter (leaving skins on) and put into a greased 9x13" pan. Combine sour cream, ranch dressing, bacon bits, parsley and 1 cup shredded cheese. Then pour mixture over potatoes and mix gently. Top with 1/2 cup cheese. Combine corn flakes and butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 4. |
