| Directions | Preheat oven to 350°. Wash and separate cauliflower into large florets. Boil water, add salt and cauliflower and simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes until tender; drain and mash. Sauté onions in oil, cook until soft and lightly browned. Combine onions and cauliflower, add pepper, eggs and matzoh meal. Place in greased 9 inch square pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, bake for 45 minutes or until golden. |
