| Directions | Preheat oven to 450°. To make tomato cups: Slice the tops off the tomatoes. Then scoop out seeds and watery material. Arrange tomatoes in a baking dish. Place 1 heaping tablespoon grated onion into each tomato cavity, let sit for 30 minutes. Place 1 tablespoon brown sugar on top of each tomato. Combine mayonnaise, horseradish and sugar (add more horseradish, if desired). Place the mayonnaise mixture on top of each tomato. Dust with paprika. Bake 10 minutes. |
