| Directions | Scrub and quarter potatoes. Bring 3 cups of water to boiling; add potatoes and return to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook for 8 minutes. Drain, return potatoes to pan, add oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme. salt and pepper. Cook uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender and brown, stirring occasionally. |
