| Directions | Place washed potatoes in large pot with cold water covering the potatoes. Boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until tender. Drain the cooked potatoes and put in a bowl. Mash potatoes (either by hand or with mixer). Add remainder of ingredients. Serve warm. |
