| Directions | Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 10" pie dish and sprinkle the vegetables in the dish. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (about 15 seconds in a blender). Then pour over vegetables. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Serves 4 to 6. |
