| Directions | Drain beans, reserving 2 C. bean liquid. Rinse beans. Place into large casserole dish. Add diced bacon and onion. In a saucepan, mix ketchup, Karo, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over bean mixture. Mix thoroughly. Place in a preheated 250° oven. Bake for 5 1/2 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally. |
