| Directions | Put rice, cold water and salt in heavy saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir once or twice. Cover pan, reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest 5 minutes. (Do not uncover pan.) Remove cover and fluff rice with chopsticks or a fork. |
