Preheat oven to 350°. Cube or tear the bread; set aside. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time; add the can of crushed pineapple; fold in bread. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
NOTE: The total recipe can be mixed right in the casserole dish by hand.
