| Directions |
- Cut up tomatoes and peel and put in cold jar.
- Add 1 teaspoon each of sugar and salt, in each jar.
- Put in juice to fill. Smash them down with a spoon until the jar is full.
- Put on cold lids and flats.
- Set jars on cookie sheet. Put cookie sheet in cold oven. Set oven temperature at 250 and set the timer for 75 minutes.
- Turn off oven - let jars set in oven until cold.
- Turn jars upside down on towel on the counter.
