| Directions | In a saucepan add the white vinegar, sugar and mustard seed. Heat and boil till sugar dissolves. Cool. Pour over the whole tomatoes, onion and pepper. I added a little dried sweet basil, too. Let it marinate for a couple of days. I have used a can of chopped tomatoes instead of whole tomatoes. They work great, too. |
