CHEESE SAUCE: Melt butter, add flour and whisk. Add milk and stir until thickened. Add Old English cheese and cook over medium heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.

CASSEROLE; Blend crumbs and butter. Put 1/2 of buttered crumbs in bottom of 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Place asparagus over crumbs. Top with chopped eggs. Pour cheese sauce over all, top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350° 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6-8

-2 packages Ritz Cracker crumbs (2 cup pkg)
-1 stick butter
-2 cans asparagus (10 ounce drained
-4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
