| Directions | Place tomatoes between paper towels to absorb some of the moisture (or use colander). In a medium mixing bowl, sprinkle tomatoes with salt and pepper. In a separate medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheeses, chives and basil, carefully add tomatoes. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake uncovered, at 400 for 20-30 minutes, or until browned on top. Serves 8. This tastes like homemade pizza. |
