| Directions | Cut squash in half from stem to bottom. Place face down in 2" of water in microwave safe dish and cook for 20 minutes. After done take a fork and shred the inside of the squash to create noodle-like strips. Place noodles in large bowl and core the rest of the inside of the squash to create a bowl-like dish out of the rind. Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Place 1/2 of the batter in each half of the squash bowls. Bake for 15 minutes at 400. Serve with marinara sauce, Alfredo or spaghetti sauce. |
