| Directions | Combine first 3 ingredients in a large sauce pan; bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat and cook 10 minutes or until tender, drain and set aside. Combine butter and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in tomatoes, 1 1/2 C. cheese, onion, green pepper and mix together. Stir in cauliflower. Spoon into lightly greased baking dish (oblong) and bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Add remaining 1/2 C. cheese on top and cook another 5 minutes. |
