| Directions | Peel and cook potatoes until tender. Drain, mash and beat in cream cheese, sour cream, onion and garlic salt, and salt and pepper until light and fluffy. Place in casserole dish. Top with grated cheddar. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. |
