| Directions | In a lightly greased casserole dish make a layer of crushed potato chips. On top of chips place a layer of asparagus (1 can). Next make a layer of sliced hard-boiled egg (2 eggs). Cover with a layer of cream of celery soup (1/2 can). Repeat layers. Top with diced cheese and then another layer of potato chips on top. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbling. I use small 5 x 9" Pyrex for this recipe. |
