Holiday Yam Bake 2 - Recipe

Directions

Drain juice pineapple and add to yams, sugar, and butter. Beat well.

Stir in Pineapple and pecans.

Top with marshmallows.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

-		1 can 40 0 z. yams (drained and mashed)
-		1 can crushed pineapple with juice (small can)
-		2 tablespoons brown sugar
-		2 tablespoons butter (melted)
-		3 tablespoons chopped pecans
-		3/4 cup marshmallows
