1. Heat oil in nonstick skillet, add garlic and saut for 30 seconds.
2. Cut brocolli stalks in half lengthwise. Add stalks to skillet and saut 2 minutes. Add chicken broth, salt & pepper, and pepper flakes. Simmer until tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in lemon juice.
