| Directions | Mix potatoes, sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla. Stir in coconut. Place in baking dish and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. In a bowl, mix corn flakes, brown sugar, coconut, and pecans, adding margarine last. Spread on top of casserole and bake at 350° for 15 additional minutes. |
