1.) Separate onion slices into rings and soak in salted milk 15 to 20 minutes, drain rings and dip in flour. 2.) Fry in small amounts in deep hot Spry (solid shortening) at 380'F about 2 minutes or til golden brown, drain on absorbent paper, sprinkle w salt, and serve immediately. Serves 6. The remaining milk may be used for soup. |
