| Directions | Peel potatoes and slice thin. Heat oil in skillet, add potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and fry over medium heat. Turn occasionally until almost tender. Remove lid and sprinkle with chili powder and add chopped onion. Increase heat and finish cooking. Drain well on paper towel. Serves 6. |
