| Directions | Peel, core, and slice apples. Place them in a crock-pot. Squeeze the juice from the lemon over the apples. Pour juice concentrate over apples. Add enough water to cover apples half way. Add the spices and sugar. Cover the crock-pot and cook on low 6 - 8 hours or cook on low on the stove for about an hour stirring often. Cool and serve warm or cold. |
