| Directions |
- Preheat oven at 400° F. Quarter potatoes; do not peel.
- Place in a 13 x 9 baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients together.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes and stir until potatoes are thoroughly coated.
- Bake at 400° for l to 1 1/2 hour, stirring after 30 minutes. Potatoes are done if nicely browned and tender when poked with a fork.
