1. Preheat oven to 350°F and Pam the inside of a casserole dish. Place all ingredients, except cheese and bacon, in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer until potatoes are smooth and creamy.
2. Spoon into dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
3. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
4. Cool and serve.
