Sauté Onions and Celery in 3 Tbsp Oil until translucent. Beat Eggs, and add Milk and Bread Crumbs. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are blended with a dough hook. Shape Meat Loafs as desired. If making Meat Balls, roll loosely, about the size of a Golf Ball. Bake at 300 until done. Do not over mix, or over cook. Coat with Bulls Eye Original BBQ sauce after cooked. |
