| Directions | Grease 9 X 13 pan. Place bread in pan. Sprinkle with cheeses. Combine remaining ingredients together and mix well. Pour over bread and cheeses. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown. |
