| | Directions | | In a large bowl, combine pretzels, pecans, cranberries, brown sugar and half of the melted margarine. Set aside. In another large bowl, beat potatoes, milk, sugar, vanilla, and half of the margarine until smooth. Pour into a greased 2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with the pretzel mix. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes. |
