| Directions | Heat oil in wok or large frying pan. Meanwhile, separate broccoli into flowerets and split stalks; slice if large. Add broccoli and green onions to wok; stir-fry 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add celery and carrots; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes. Season well and add remaining ingredients; continue to stir-fry 6 to 7 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 4. |
