| Directions | Cut potatoes in small chunks. Place in boiling water, lower flame after 5 minutes and add pasta until cooked. In small frying pan heat oil and garlic. Careful not to burn garlic. Drain pasta and potatoes. Coat with oil and garlic. Serve with grated cheese. |
