Beat all ingredients (not topping) together in large mixing bowl, put in large casserole dish. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make topping by mixing ingredients in a bowl with a fork until crumbly. Then spread on top of cooked potatoes and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
This recipe is good with or without a topping or you can substitute large marshmallows for the topping. If you use marshmallows, put them on top of cooked potatoes and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until puffy.
