| Directions | Cut apples into 1/4" slices. Heat butter in a large skillet. Put the apples, brown sugar & cinnamon in the skillet & cover. Over medium low heat, cook apples 7-10 minutes or until they begin to soften & the syrup thickens. Serve coated with excess syrup on top. |
