| Directions | Stir soup, sour cream, pepper, veggies, 2/3 of the onions, and 1/4 cup of the Swiss cheese in a casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese over the veggie mixture and bake another 5-10 minutes. |
