Melt the butter in 9x13 inch pan. Divide each biscuit in half and roll each half to make larger. Place a sweet potato pattie between 2 halves of a biscuit and seal around the pattie. Place in the pan of butter. Boil the sugar, water and corn syrup for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over the patties in pan. Bake at 350° until the biscuits are done.
As you can tell, this can also be served as a dessert!
