| Directions | Mix above items to make a dough ball. Roll out on floured counter. Cut into long rows, then again into 1/4" pieces. Lay out on newspaper for about 2 hours to dry. Boil in chicken broth for about 10 to 12 minutes. (depends on the consistency of noodle that you like to eat). |
