| Directions | Wash and cut potatoes lengthwise into strips. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Preheat oven to 450°. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix to evenly coat potato strips. Place potato strips on lined cookie sheet, allow space between for even cooking. Bake for 15 minutes or until potatoes become crispy, turning every five to seven minutes. You can also put the potatoes on grill, but use tin foil and watch carefully. |
