| Directions | Melt butter in a large frying pan, then add celery. After a few minutes, add onions and mushrooms. While they are sautéing, toast bread. Cut bread into small cubes, then place in a large bowl. When celery, onions and mushrooms are soft, add them to a large bowl, including all of the butter. Add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Stuff dressing inside of a turkey or bake in a casserole dish. |
