| Directions | Place orzo in a serving bowl and set aside. Melt butter in a 12" skillet over medium-high heat: sauté garlic until golden brown. Remove for heat; add lemon juice, stirring well. Pour over orzo; add parsley and toss. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
